EROICA RIESLING AND GORGONZOLA
This wine showcases the elegant purity of truly great Riesling. Sourced from cool climate vineyards, Eroica shows exuberant freshness with inviting stone fruit, citrus, and floral notes. Gorgonzola is intense, tangy and deeply savoury. It features a rich, buttery texture punctuated by the sharp, salty, and distinctively tangy flavour.
CRAGGY RANGE SAUVIGNON BLANC AND PADDY’S MILE STONE
This Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with expressive notes of passionfruit, lime and white flowers with touches of guava. Coming from the Martinborough region in New Zealand, this white comes with balanced with lovely mineral characters and a vibrancy and freshness you would expect from this cool climate region. Paddy’s Mile Stone features a bloomy rind similar to brie on the outside, but with a distinctive fluffy, flaky-textured paste on the inside offering an elegant buttery flavour.
ALBERT BICHOT PINOT NOIR AND FAT COW CHEESE
This medium-bodied Pinot Noir is elegant and classic. Showcasing a bright bouquet of red berries, like tart cherries and raspberries, interwoven with delicate earthy undertones and beautifully silky, refined tannins. Fat Cow is proudly crafted in Tain, Scotland. This artisanal cheese boasts a wonderfully supple, semi-hard texture and a characteristic washed-rind aroma, giving way to a deeply creamy and a smooth, subtly sweet flavour profile.
